Halton: £5,000 boost to church roof repair fund

Councillors have awarded £5,000 to help repair the leaking roof of a popular church hall.
The money provided by Leeds City Council's outer east area committee will be used to repair and redecorate St Wilfrid's Church Hall, Halton.

The area committee's contribution is subject to St Wilfrid's acquiring match funding.
