EMAIL: marsden858@btinternet.comOTHER INFORMATION: * The Association represents around 200 households. It has a voluntary committee of 14 residents, meets bi-monthly and produces a quarterly newsletter.
* Achievements include obtaining sponsorship with Subway for additional litter bins; obtaining a grant for additional litter bin and a reward scheme for a volunteeer litter picker; successful and active Neighbourhood watch scheme and this year arranged for the distribution of security alarms and SMARTWATER coding; successful application for funding via LCC for substancial enhancements to the village green which will include new seating, artificial cricket wicket, protective trip rail and environmental planting.
* The Association's objectives are:
a) The Association shall seek to represent and to promote the interests of all the residents living in the Area. We will work for improvements to the environment; other amenities and to improve community safety.
b) The Association will work towards developing and maintaining good relations between all members of the community and seek to develop better community spirit.
c) The Association will involve any agency, statutory, voluntary or charitable, who can assist the Association in meeting the needs of the community and improve the quality of life for the people in the Area.
d) The Association shall be non-political.
