Requests for help from Leeds Council are categorised into three levels of urgency - red (24 hours turnaround time), amber (4-6 days) and green (one week). Requests include: help buying food or no food, help picking up a prescription or medicine, fuel top-ups and loneliness. The following are the 15 areas in which the most requests have been made according to the Leeds Council data published via Data Mill North from the start of lockdown up until 15 September.
