The lost Leeds gig venue was a popular haunt for live music fans, with the venue welcoming a string of popular artists through its doors over the years, including Amy Winehouse, the White Stripes and the Kaiser Chiefs. The club nights were also a lively affair, allowing music fans to let loose in between the regular line-up of live gigs. The Cockpit enjoyed 20 years on the scene before permanently closing in 2014. Here are 10 photos from gigs in the 2000s which might stir up a few nostalgic memories. Do you remember going to any of these?
