Armed police swoop on Boggart Hill Road in Seacroft after knife threats

Police were called to Boggart Hill Road shortly before 12.30pm today (Monday).
Firearms officers with Tasers arrested a man on suspicion of affray and making threats to commit criminal damage.

Hide AdOfficers are also investigating claims made by the arrested man about the incident.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "At 12:26pm today, police received a report of threats being made by a male with a knife at an address in Boggart Hill Road, Seacroft.
"Firearms officers with Taser authority attended and arrested a man on suspicion of affray and making threats to commit criminal damage.
"Enquiries are ongoing, including a counter allegation relating to the same incident."
