Teenager arrested after 'bladed weapon' attack at Bramley Morrisons

Police were called to Swinnow Road shortly after 3pm yesterday (Thursday) to a report of a boy with a leg injury.
Officers found a 14-year-old boy with a leg wound at the scene.

Hide AdHe was taken to hospital and discharged on Thursday evening.
A 13-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of wounding and has been released on police bail.
Police said yesterday the injury may have been caused by a "bladed weapon".
A cordon was placed at the rear of the car park next to the busy supermarket while officers investigated.

Hide AdA West Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: "Enquiries remain ongoing into an incident in which a male received a leg wound at a petrol station on Swinnow Road yesterday.
"The 14-year-old victim received treatment and was discharged from hospital on Thursday evening.
"A 13-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of wounding in connection with the matter and has been released on police bail."
