Mediterranean restaurant Espeto is hoping to change its fortune. Work is under way on transforming the venue, and the signs are already up in preparation for the opening.

My Thai took over the former Old Steps building, and burrito offering Amigos and Juici Sushi have recently set up shop on Britannia Street.
City Buzz also understands new eatery Latin Bites will be opening at Britannia House soon. There’s no denying the £100m Central Square development has played a part in kick-starting the reboot of the area’s restaurants.
The 11-storey building opposite Espeto will be home to thousands of workers when it opens.
Let’s hope the new eateries get to experience the taste success and are here to stay.
