1. L: Gerhard Struber (Barnsley)
The Austrian manager lost his first game in-charge of Barnsley 3-2, despite coming from behind twice. Struber knows he has plenty of work to do as the Tykes were unravelled by the same defensive problems.
2. W: Millwall
The Lions earned a 1-0 win at Swansea City, who were 4th before kick-off, courtesy of a stunning free-kick from Jed Wallace. Gary Rowetts men sit 10th, five points off the play-offs.
3. L: Ryan Yates (Nottingham Forest)
Yates received his marching orders in the 56th-minute as Forest hung on to pick up a credible point away at play-off rivals Bristol City. Sabri Lamouchi defended the midfielder, calling on him to learn from his mistake.
4. W: Aboubakar Kamara (Fulham)
On his first Championship start since the opening day of the season, the Fulham striker scored a brace, which helped the Cottagers to a 2-1 win over West London rivals Queens Park Rangers on Friday night.
5. L: Keiren Westwood (Sheffield Wednesday)
The Irishman has come under scrutiny in recent months with some standout errors - and conceding a late penalty to West Brom is one he can add to that list. Westwood also walked straight down the tunnel after the 2-1 defeat.
6. W: Michael ONeill (Stoke City)
ONeill made it back-to-back wins as Stoke City manager on his home debut - having Mame Diouf to thank after his 92nd-minute goal completed a 2-1 turnaround. They trailed at home to Wigan after Sam Morsys opener.
